During stage 4 roll for Varus along with Blaster units and upgrade any front line units you hit. The front line for this comp can be flexible just make sure to play around a 4 Blaster core with Pyro. At level 9 Akali can be replaced for any other stronger 5 cost champion or Arcana unit to synergize with Tahm Kench.
