Vayne is a better duelist and chaser than most ADCs. She gains bonus MS when she chases enemies and has good mobility post-6. If Vayne is fed, farm under the tower.

Lifesteal is core to Vayne’s build. Unless you all-in her, avoid fighting Vayne if she has sustain and you don’t.
