Winning Matchup
Annie is countered by mobility. She has no dashes to close distance or to escape a gank. She is very easy to kill and gank when her passive stun is not charged.
Hexdrinker counters Annie. The MR negates a lot of her damage, and the shield allows you to survive her initial all in burst and continue winning the trade.
Annie likes to roam and get cheap kills on your squishy teammates. You can counter Annie by pushing in her wave and forcing her to either stay in lane or fall behind in XP.
