The all-new Urban Legends Warbond is here, and it lets you go FULL 300 on the Illuminate, the mysterious new enemy faction. The new Omens of Tyranny patch is also live, so be sure to check out all of the awesome changes here.
Shiny New Stratagems
Starting off with a brand-new backpack Stratagem, the Directional Shield functions similarly to the Ballistic Shield Backpack but offers significantly more coverage, allowing you to shield your allies effectively. Like its predecessor, it still restricts you to secondary weapons. Fortunately, as it is a Secondary/Melee weapon, you can wield the all-new CQC-19 Stun Lance while holding the shield. Time to form a Phalanx!
Next up is the FLAM-40 Flame Sentry, another excellent addition to the sentry lineup. This sentry will do very well on the bug front, as well as versus the swarms of Voteless in the new colony maps.
The last new Stratagem is the E/AT-12 Anti-Tank Emplacement. Pair this with a few HMG Emplacements, and a team of crackshots, it’ll be one hell of a shooting gallery!
Spartans Helldivers, what is your profession?
The all-new CQC-19 Stun Lance, paired with the Peak Physique Armor Passive and the Directional Shield, seems to be an incredibly fun combo. We can’t wait to try it out on the battlefield!
Urban Legends brings the Spartan theme home with a brand-new set of armors: “Both of these armors feature the Siege Ready passive, which increases your primary weapon reload speed by a whopping 30% and your primary ammo capacity by 20%!”
Lastly, the all-new Armed Resupply Pods booster ensures you’re never caught off-guard while restocking on ammo and stims. However, approaching it might be risky and staying crouched is highly recommended!
