The new Helldivers Warbond, “Chemical Agents“, is set to release on the 19th, bringing some exciting additions to the game. First up, new stratagems:
Both the TX-41 Sterilizer support weapon and the AX/TX-13 “Guard Dog” Dog Breath offer plenty of corrosive gas spraying destruction. These seem particularly effective against the Terminids.
We’re also getting a new corrosive gas grenade, and perhaps the most exciting part of the Warbond: The new Stim Pistol.
The Stim Pistol will allow you to heal allies from a distance.
Finally, we’re getting friendly fire in Helldivers 2.
Just like the Freedom’s Flame Warbond, which introduced armors with flame resistance, Chemical Agents is bringing two new armors to the game. The AF-50 Noxious Ranger and AF-02 Haz-Master both come equipped with the Advanced Filtration passive, providing increased resistance to damage from gas clouds.
