Python Commandos brings us 3 new stratagems, a new primary weapon, and a push-up emote!
The Python Commandos Warbond is set to release on December 2nd.
M-1000X Maxigun
A belt-fed minigun with what appears to be an ammunition backpack. If it has anywhere near the same firepower of the Gatling Sentry, this is going to make sure an extremely fun support weapon.
AX/FLAM-75 “Guard Dog” Hot Dog
A flame-thrower Guard Dog! Honestly, we’re surprised this wasn’t added sooner (and in the more appropriately themed Freedom’s Flame Warbond), but this is a welcome addition for fire builds!
CQC-9 Defoliation Tool
The final Stratagem is the second Melee Support Weapon to be added to the game (the first being the CQC-1 One True Flag), and it resembles a chainsword!
AR/GL-21 One-Two
An assault rifle with a grenade launcher attachment! And “Heavy to wield, but the damage dealt is heavy too”, meaning this could potentially be a Medium or maybe even Heavy armor pen assault rifle. We can’t wait to test it!
New Armors
RS-20 Constrictor (Light Armor Set)
RS-40 Best of Prey (Heavy Armor Set)
“Both of these armors are equipped with the Rock Solid passive, which makes your Helldiver more steadfast against
– Official Reveal Descriptionstaggering and ragdolling attacks.“
An error correction was made the next day by Arrowhead. The passive provides “Ragdoll resistance and bonus 100% melee damage”, but no stagger resist.

We’re getting a new emote, a push-up emote! (Which is a sad reminder that we’re still limited to four equipped emotes and could really use a capacity increase!)
Alongside that, there’s the usual assortment of vehicle skins, capes, banners, and a “Python Commando” player title.
