If you get Cursed Vampiric Scepter on Stage 2 from Portals or Living Forge or Portable Forge augment, then you should almost always play this composition for a guaranteed top 4. Warwick is a unit that can’t cast a spell, so he can’t be debuffed from the cursed portion of Vampiric Scepter.

Early Game
Ensure that you have Cursed Vampiric Scepter otherwise, it will be hard to streak Stage 2. Play around early Frost and Hunter units and position Warwick on weakside of enemy boards, so he can start farming his Attack Speed + Movement Speed stacks.

Mid Game
On Stage 3-1, reroll for Blitzcrank and Warwick. Roll to around 32 gold and then slowroll past 3-2 with 50+ gold. Look to upgrade supporting units to 2* as well. Both Guinsoos and Quicksilver are extremely important on Warwick to avoid CC and scale through mid game fights.

Late Game
In the late game, you want to activate 6 Vanguards as soon as possible so Warwick can receive the Durability buff that 6 Vanguards provide. Your win condition will either be Olaf 2* or Xerath 2* (if you have excess AP items). Make sure to roll for Charms at every stage past 5-1.
Make sure to position Warwick on the same side as Redemption and Evenshroud
