This team comp plays around high cost units and requires a strong economy as well as a stable early game to ensure hitting level 9 to find these premium units.

Early Game

You mainly want to conserve health by playing as strong a board as possible while spending the least amount of gold. Some strong openers are options like Portal, Eldritch, or Faerie

Mid Game

Start fleshing out your comp by adding in key units like Zilean and Bard and supplementing with upgraded frontline units such as Swain and Mordekaiser. As you level to 8, don’t be afraid to roll 1 or 2 times if you have many pairs of units as hitting these upgrades will save you health to eventually get to level 9.

Late Game

During stage 4, you want to hit upgrades for Ryze/Taric/Rakan. At 1 star, these units will not stabilize your board compared to the rest of the lobby. Once you feel that you are stable, start leveling to 9 to really cap out the board.
