The Rebel comp is a simple vertical trait that, when activated, gives AP, AD, and attack speed when your team loses 30% of their health. This comp doesn’t have the strongest frontline, so the focus is to kill the enemy board as fast as possible once the Rebel buff is activated.

During Stage 3-2 Level up to 6 and continue playing a strong board centered around Rebel.
Prioritize AP items for Zoe and AD items for Jinx. The AD items can be placed on Ezreal until you find Jinx in the late game.

Late Game
Level to 8 on 4-2 and roll until your board is stable with 7 Rebel + 1 supporting unit. The flex unit can be Nami that provides Sorcerer + Emissary or Ambessa that gives Quickstriker + Emissary.
After stabilizing, rebuild your economy and push to Level 9 to find Jinx and more supporting units.
In the late game carousels, prioritize anti-heal items and shred/sunder items if you don’t already have them.
If you find a Rebel Crest, Elise is a good item holder for it or any 5 Cost unit you manage to 2*
You can then drop Akali for a supporting unit as she doesn’t provide any useful traits.
