Early Game
In general, play boards with upgraded units who can hold items. Avoid itemizing non-upgraded units. Preserving HP is key to hitting capped late game boards

Mid Game
For the mid game, look to find an item holder for Ashe items – good candidates are Senna, Aphelios, or Tristana. Also, look to move tank items to a stronger, upgraded unit.
Tips
If you don’t have enough gold to go Level 8 on 4-2 (you want to have at least 30g), then leveling on 4-5 is acceptable.
If you can’t hit Ashe 2* on 4-2, then itemizing a 2* Aphelios is a great alternative.

Late Game
Focus on building up economy and then roll on important intervals (4-5, 5-1, or 5-5) for upgraded 4 costs and supporting units. After getting key units upgraded, look to push level 9 and 10 for legendaries.
If you don’t have Sunder, look to play Aphelios instead of Caitlyn since he has it built in.
