Team Comp Overview

This strategy should only be played when given an econ/exp augment on 2-1 and have an AP item start.
The Mentor Mech Flex strategy revolves around playing 4 Mentor and a small Mighty Mech package while splashing in 5 cost units when you’re level 9.

Additionally, this strategy scales extremely well with Tactician Crowns and extra items as there are multiple carries in this team comp.

Early Game Overview

The early game board is fairly flexible. Play around any AP backline carry and frontline upgrades. For an easier transition, look to play a Mighty Mech early game board

On carousel rounds, prioritize backline AP items such as Void Staff and Archangel’s Staff

Use your Power Snax on either your AP backline carry or your frontline tank depending on which unit you upgrade first and if you have more frontline or backline item components

Mid Game Overview

The mid game board is also flexible so continue to play a fast tempo board and preserve HP by playing any upgrades you hit while holding onto Might Mech units.

After building 2 damage items on your backline carry, start to prioritize tank items such as Warmog’s Armor and Sunfire Cape.

AP items can be transferred to a higher quality unit such as a 2* Lux for the mid game.

Late Game Overview

During Stage 4, stabilize your board by activating 4 Mentor and upgrading Ryze or Jarvan IV.

You will not be able to activate 5 Mighty Mech and 4 Mentor on level 8. So play a flex board that includes
4 Mentor 3 Mighty Mech and additional supporting units such as Janna or Ziggs to activate 3 Strategist until you are able to reach level 9

Below is the capped level 9 board that includes the most amount of high quality 4 and 5 cost units.

When playing Lee sin in this comp, it’s currently more beneficial to make him an Executioner to increase Ryze’s damage output.
