Early Game Overview
The best start for this composition is around upgraded Sivir 2* and Malphite 2* early on with solid item slams. Good augments to take to take on 2-1 are reroll / economy based augments.

Mid Game Overview
Roll generously on 3-1 to hit your Crew units. Note that you don’t have to play Crew units on your board if you manage to hit stronger supporting units (i.e. Rakan 2* for Protector). Try to 3* your one cost units by 3-5 and then slow roll above 50 gold for everything else.

Late Game Overview
Look to roll on level 8 or 9 (depending on lobby tempo) for Twisted Fate (huge spike). The Crew’s offensive part of the trait (rockets) become a large portion of your team’s DPS in the late game. Make sure to itemize Shred (Ionic Spark or Void Staff) to maximize this damage output.
