Team Comp Overview
This strategy aims to use the Bilgewater Trait to spawn in an essentially free Gangplank 3. Pairing this with vertical slayers makes Gangplank an unstoppable AOE monster.

Early Game Overview
The early game will typically revolve around Bilgwater. Playing a strong board with Bilgewater will allow you to farm silver serpents to buy lesser Bilgwater duplicators and Gangplank copies from the Bilgewater shop. If you find a Twisted Fate early, equip any item + component on him to unlock Graves. Ideally, you find Twisted Fate before stage 2 and can play 3 Bilgewater on 2-1.
Note: Don’t forget to buy the free AD/AP from your first Bilgewater shop

Mid Game Overview
Unlockable Units:
Fizz: Field 5 Yordles or Bilgewater units + Level 7
Aatrox: Field a unit with 40% Omnivamp in Combat + Level 8
Tahm Kench: Spend 500 Silver Serpents
In the mid game, add in more Bilgewater units to gain more silver serpents. Miss Fortune can hold Senna items as her AOE is very reliable to proc utility effects. However, whenever you are interacting with the Bilgewater shops, bench excess Bilgewater units as 3 Bilgewater makes shops more likely to hold Gangplank and lesser duplicators.
Note: Hold onto Briars as she is played for final board

Late Game
Unlockable Units:
Aatrox: Field a unit with 40% Omnivamp in Combat + Level 8
In the late game, you should be transitioning out of Bilgewater and into Slayers. Before hitting Senna, Miss Fortune is fine to continue proccing utility. Once you have most of the 4 star units upgraded, look to go level 9 and find upgraded legendary units.
Note: Swain really likes any items that give mana to enable more stuns with his ability to stall out the fight and let Gangplank dps
