The new Warbond, Masters of Ceremony, drops on May 15. It features a Pickelhaube-style helmet and an officer’s hat/helmet combo. Cowboy hats may be against Helldiver uniform code, but it seems peaked caps are fair game.
If you liked the look and feel of the R-2124 Constitution (the bolt-action rifle handed out on Liberty Day) you’ll probably love the R-2 Amendment. Arrowhead isn’t subtle with their patriotic puns, and this one fit right in.

The R-2 Amendment features some serious upgrades over the Constitution. It has a 20-round magazine, a scope for ranged precision, while keeping the bayonet for close combat. The Constitution only holds five rounds and sticks with iron sights.
We’re also getting a ceremonial sword, the “CQC-2 Sabre”. We’re excited to charge straight into a Terminid swarm wielding the new sword, as well as a ballistic shield!

The Warbond also includes the new G-142 Pyrotech Grenade. Paired with the Pickelhaube helmet, it seems to nod toward the 19th-century flaming grenade insignia worn by elite military units around the world. The symbolism fits; loud, fiery, and unmistakably proud to spread Democracy.

The Warbond adds even more to the lineup. A new stratagem, “CQC-1 One True Flag“, doubles as a melee weapon but takes up your support weapon slot. It’s more style than practicality but planting the flag in the middle of a bug swarm sounds worth it. There’s also a new emote called “Lockstep“, a fresh title, “Decorated Hero“, and the usual batch of player banners to round things out.
A new booster, “Sample Scanner“, is also on the way. Details are still under wraps, but the name suggests it might help with farming samples, something every Helldiver could use.

Rounding out the Warbond are two new armor sets: the RE-1861 Parade Commander and the RE-2310 Honorary Guard. Both are lightly armored but come with a new shared passive, “Reinforced Epaulettes” which reduces the chance of limbs breaking when taking damage. It’s not the strongest perk, but it adds a bit of durability.
You’ll also get two new capes to match the ceremonial look. The real fun, though, might come from mixing and matching, pairing these sharp new helmets with more practical armor is what we plan to do!
