The Meridian Singularity crisis continues to escalate, threatening to wipe out entire planets as it moves toward the heart of the Federation. If you missed the full story leading up to this moment, we put together a full recap of everything that has happened so far.

The Meridian Singularity has claimed another world. Moradesh is gone.

Despite the best efforts of the Helldivers, the gravitational force of the Singularity proved unstoppable. The planet, once a key research hub and a crucial battleground against the Terminid and Illuminate threats, has been completely annihilated. Now, all that remains is a shattered wasteland of rock and molten debris, wrought by the same force that destroyed Angel’s Venture.

Moradesh was not just another battlefield. The planet housed classified research facilities that played a pivotal role in the discovery and weaponization of Dark Fluid, the very substance that set this crisis into motion. It was here that scientists worked tirelessly to develop new countermeasures against the Terminids and Illuminate. Those efforts are now reduced to dust, along with everything else on the surface.

The collapse of Moradesh signals more than just the loss of a planet. It is another irreversible step toward catastrophe, as the Meridian Singularity continues its march toward humanity’s heart, Super Earth.

Now, a new phase in the battle for survival has begun.

After days of intense resource collection and repurposing of enemy combatants, the Helldivers have successfully enabled the construction of a partial blockade around the Meridian Singularity. While the blockade is porous, it has slightly reduced Dark Energy accumulation, slowing the Singularity’s movement.

This was a victory, but not one that will save Super Earth on its own.

High Command, after extensive research at the Centre of Science, has ordered the construction of the Penrose Energy Siphon, a massive device designed to trigger a one-time, large-scale reduction in Dark Energy Accumulation.

The Siphon works by launching a gigantic payload of E-710 near the Singularity’s orbit, where it will be swept up in its rotation before detonating. This process will drain and disperse Dark Energy away from the system.

A project of this scale requires extensive coordination. The device will be built piece by piece in orbit around several planets, and the Helldivers must hold these key planets until construction is complete:

  • Achernar Secundus
  • Ursica XI
  • Fenrir III
  • Heeth

The Illuminate will not stand idly by while we attempt to sabotage their plan. Helldivers must defend these planets at all costs to ensure construction can continue.
