The Bastion Tank, a fan-favorite from the first Helldivers, has finally rolled into the sequel with a massive update for Helldivers 2 . Like the FRV, the Bastion is a 4-player vehicle with a spot for every squad member. Unlike games like Battlefield, where the driver handles both movement and the main cannon, here both the cannon and machine gun are exclusively operated by the gunner. The two side slots let divers peek out to fire their primary or support weapons. Honestly, someone needs to run a tank squad with two Maxigun users right away.

The tank costs 35,000 requisition slips, making it the most expensive stratagem so far, but luckily it’s not gated behind a Warbond.
The main cannon packs a punch with Anti-Tank IV (AP8) rounds that deliver 3,500 damage on impact, while the machine gun fires heavy armor-piercing (AP4) rounds dealing 150 damage per shot. With 30 main cannon shells and 2,000 machine gun rounds, it’s safe to say the TD-220 is more than well equipped for Cyberstan.
It’s truly a tank, boasting about 8,000 health, roughly ten times the durability of the game’s current mechs and about four times more than the FRV.
