While individually weak, Voteless can become a serious threat in large numbers, making ignoring them not an effective option. This build is specifically designed to handle Voteless swarms but lacks a strong anti-armor solution for Harvesters, and it’s much better suited for team play rather than solo missions.

StA-11 SMG

The StA-11 SMG is a top-tier choice for close-quarters combat, boasting a large-capacity magazine, low recoil, iron sights, and a well-balanced fire rate. Perfect for shredding bugs, bots, and squids, this SMG excels at dispatching enemies foolish enough to charge you while only wearing Light Armor.

Core Stratagems

GL-21 Grenade Launcher

Cost:  6,000, Unlocked at Level 5.

The Grenade Launcher is a highly satisfying and effective Support weapon, perfect for clearing waves of bots, bugs and squids. Aim behind Hive Guards and Striders to bypass their front armor.

You can use it to quickly destroy bug holes, bot fabricators, and side objectives like Mortar Nests and Spore Spewers with just a few grenades.

SH-51 Directional Shield

Cost: 50, Unlocked on Page 1 of the Urban Legends Warbond.

The Directional Shield is a fantastic tool for blocking incoming fire for you and your allies. Similar to the Ballistic Shield Backpack, the Directional Shield limits the user to One-Handed weapons such as SMGs, Melee Weapons, and the CB-9 Crossbow.

Eagle Cluster Bomb

Cost: 4,000, Unlocked at Level 3.

The Eagle Cluster Bomb is a highly effective Stratagem that blankets a wide area with dozens of mini explosives, making it ideal for eliminating swarms of lightly and medium-armored enemies.

There’s a slight chance that some of the larger submunitions may enter bug holes or fabricator vents and close them, but it’s not a guarantee, so never rely on it.

Orbital Precision Strike

Cost: Free, Unlocked at Level 1.

Despite being the first Stratagem you unlock, the Orbital Precision Strike is incredibly powerful.

With a 90-second cooldown and a 2-second call-in time, the Precision Strike is available for most engagements with Automaton heavies such as Hulks and Tanks, allowing you to save your Commando rockets.

Anything directly hit by the Orbital Precision Strike will be either instantly destroyed or severely damaged in the case of the Factory Strider.
